CCTV Surveys
Generally the drain or pipework will require ‘Drain Jetting’ with high pressure hose in order to clean the pipework prior to surveying taking place. This will ensure that the footage, photographs and subsequent report will be of the highest quality.
A general rule of thumb is that a typical home buyers drain survey on a standard 3 bedroom home will take around three hours. This will involve cleaning the drain first and then subsequently carrying out the survey itself.
